TOM800臥式加工中心結(jié)構(gòu)：
1.床身采用倒T型結(jié)構(gòu)，重心低且底座寬大，提升了機床的整體剛性和抗震性，尤其適合重切削和大扭矩加工。
The bed adopts inverted T-shape structure with low center of gravity and wide base, which improves the overall rigidity andvibration resistance of the machine, especially suitable for heavy cutting and high torque machining.
2.主軸水平放置(臥式)，配合自動換刀系統(tǒng)(如鏈式刀庫)，可實現(xiàn)多面連續(xù)加工，減少工件裝夾次數(shù)，提高效率。
The spindle is placed horizontally (horizontal), together with the automatic tool change system (such as chain tool changer)it can realize multi-face continuous machining, reduce the number of workpiece clamping times and improve efficiency.
3.采用高剛性線性導(dǎo)軌或貼塑導(dǎo)軌，搭配預(yù)拉伸滾珠絲杠，確保長時間加工中的定位精度(通?？蛇_士0.005mm以內(nèi))。
Adoption of high rigidity linear guideway or plasticized guideway with pre-tensioned ball screw ensures positioning accuracy(usually within +0.005mm) during long time machining.
